Tropical Tides 🌴 is our curated collection for travelers who enjoy traveling light and having fun at one of Roatán’s most beautiful beaches, West Bay Beach 🏖️. This 20-year-old building sits just steps from the beach. Some features may not be modern, but it’s perfect for solo travelers or anyone seeking a relaxed, light-travel experience 🌴. Tidaluna 🌙 is located on the first floor of Tropical Tides II. The room features two full-size beds, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. All three buildings share a refreshing pool 🏊‍♀️. Tidaluna also includes a small fridge, microwave, dining table, and one bathroom 🛁, offering a cozy and convenient stay by the beach. Tropical Tides has three buildings sharing one pool. The property is just 50 steps from West Bay Beach, behind Foster’s. Bars and restaurants are 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Beach access is free and public. This collection is ideal for solo travelers or budget-conscious guests, offering comfort and a prime location without compromising affordability.

1. No parties or events are allowed at the property. A $500 charge will be required if you violate this rule. 2. Please be aware that if any residue of smoking is found inside or outside the property, a penalty fee will be charged 3. We would like to remind you that pets are not allowed in the property. We understand that pets can bring joy and companionship to our lives, but unfortunately, they can also cause damage and disturbance to the property and other residents. If there is any evidence that pets stayed at the property a $200 penalty fee will be charged 4. The minimum age limit for the person who make the reservation for this unit is 18. 5. Air conditioners should be turned off when not in the house. 6.Any guests beyond the number listed on your reservation will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. 7. Parking is available on the premises. Please note that this is a community setting with other homes nearby, so we kindly ask that you park only in the designated private parking, Bonsai Rentals is not responsible for any damages caused to any vehicles during your stay. 8.Our home is situated within a community. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be aware that any noise complaints from other guests may result in additional charges. 9. Any damage to the silverware and linen will incur extra charges. 10.Please be aware that power outages are occasionally experienced in this area due to the country’s unstable power supply. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent these outages, and we are unable to offer refunds for any disruptions caused by them. 11. Please note that our home is situated in an area where Wi-Fi and cellular signals can occasionally be unreliable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for any interruptions or outages in these services. 12. We are not liable for any issues that may arise during your stay. For the safety of your children, please supervise them both inside and outside our premises. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any items left behind. 13.⚠️ Important Notice The cost of electricity on the island is very high. Please keep all doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning, and turn it off when you are not inside the property. If your usage exceeds 18 kWh per day, an additional charge of $0.40 per extra kWh will apply. We will notify you if this happens to help manage energy consumption together. Other Things to Note ⚠️ Electricity in Roatán is expensive 💡. We use meters and you will receive instructions at check-in on how to help control usage. Please turn off the air conditioning when you’re not at the villa to avoid high bills. Tropical Tides is surrounded by nature 🌿, so it’s normal to encounter mosquitoes, toads, frogs, snakes, wild birds, turtles, and crabs. No refunds will be given for any inconvenience caused by these animals. We reserve the right of admission 🚫. Parties are not allowed; penalties will apply if found. Commercial photo shoots are also prohibited without prior authorization. Please specify the exact number of guests in your reservation 👥. We provide towels and basic supplies based on this number. Airbnb is different from a hotel, so we do not guarantee extra restocking of toilet paper, towels, or other supplies during your stay. Please report any issues or maintenance needs within the first 24 hours after check-in 🛠. For repairs, we need access to the room. No compensation will be given if access is denied or if issues are reported after check-out. Pets are not allowed 🐾. If pets are found on the property, additional fees may apply. Treat the room like your own 🏡. Any damage or missing items may result in penalties or charges for replacement. Please respect neighbors and other guests 🤝.
