1. No parties or events are allowed at the property. A $500 charge will be required if you violate this rule. 2. Please be aware that if any residue of smoking is found inside or outside the property, a penalty fee will be charged 3. We would like to remind you that pets are not allowed in the property. We understand that pets can bring joy and companionship to our lives, but unfortunately, they can also cause damage and disturbance to the property and other residents. If there is any evidence that pets stayed at the property a $200 penalty fee will be charged 4. The minimum age limit for the person who make the reservation for this unit is 18. 5. Air conditioners should be turned off when not in the house. 6.Any guests beyond the number listed on your reservation will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. 7. Parking is available on the premises. Please note that this is a community setting with other homes nearby, so we kindly ask that you park only in the designated private parking, Bonsai Rentals is not responsible for any damages caused to any vehicles during your stay. 8.Our home is situated within a community. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be aware that any noise complaints from other guests may result in additional charges. 9. Any damage to the silverware and linen will incur extra charges. 10.Please be aware that power outages are occasionally experienced in this area due to the country’s unstable power supply. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent these outages, and we are unable to offer refunds for any disruptions caused by them. 11. Please note that our home is situated in an area where Wi-Fi and cellular signals can occasionally be unreliable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for any interruptions or outages in these services. 12. We are not liable for any issues that may arise during your stay. For the safety of your children, please supervise them both inside and outside our premises. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any items left behind. 13.⚠️ Important Notice The cost of electricity on the island is very high. Please keep all doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning, and turn it off when you are not inside the property. No refunds will be given for any inconvenience caused by these animals. We reserve the right of admission 🚫. Parties are not allowed; penalties will apply if found. Commercial photo shoots are also prohibited without prior authorization. Please specify the exact number of guests in your reservation 👥. We provide towels and basic supplies based on this number. Airbnb is different from a hotel, so we do not guarantee extra restocking of toilet paper, towels, or other supplies during your stay. Please report any issues or maintenance needs within the first 24 hours after check-in 🛠. For repairs, we need access to the villa. No compensation will be given if access is denied or if issues are reported after check-out. Pets are not allowed 🐾. If pets are found on the property, additional fees may apply.
