This is to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents. 6. If you find that you have generated more garbage than expected, please ensure that you dispose of it in the community garbage bins. These bins are located within a walking distance from the front gate and are accessible to all residents and guests. 7. The minimum age limit for the person who make the reservation for this unit is 18 8. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy or check in more people than what your reservation was done for. 9. Air conditioners should be turned off when not in the house, and when going to sleep, the air conditioner in the living room should also be turned off due to the high costs of electricity in the country, which are not fully reflected in the price. Please note that there are no chairs or tables provided on the beach. You have the option to bring your own or, for added convenience, take advantage of this service at an extra cost from nearby hotels and restaurants. The upkeep of the beach is managed by our dedicated residential cleaning team. Kindly be aware that we cannot guarantee the absence of debris or dirt on the beach at the time of your visit, as this is beyond our control. Please be aware that, on certain occasions when propane availability is limited, we are happy to provide charcoal and matches for your use. In order to consistently provide our guests with potable water, we have a dedicated potable water cistern and pump.
