1. No parties or events are allowed at the property. 2. Please be aware that if any residue of smoking is found inside or outside the property, a penalty fee of $200 will be charged 3. We would like to remind you that pets are not allowed in the property. We understand that pets can bring joy and companionship to our lives, but unfortunately, they can also cause damage and disturbance to the property and other residents. If there is any evidence that pets stayed at the property a $200 penalty fee will be charged 4. We would like to remind you that the speed limit inside our community is 20 km/hr. This is to ensure the safety of all residents, particularly children, elderly, and pedestrians. 5. Please note that alcohol and parties are not allowed at the shared community pool. This is to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents. 6. If you find that you have generated more garbage than expected, please ensure that you dispose of it in the community garbage bins. These bins are located within a walking distance from the front gate and are accessible to all residents and guests. 7. The minimum age limit for the person who make the reservation for this unit is 18 8. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy or check in more people than what your reservation was done for. 9. Air conditioners should be turned off when not in the house, and when going to sleep, the air conditioner in the living room should also be turned off due to the high costs of electricity in the country, which are not fully reflected in the price. If you wish to keep the house climate-controlled 24/7, there would be an additional cost of $0.26 per kWh when exceeding the daily consumption of 40kWh

It features an outdoor space and parking for one car on the premises, with an additional parking option available on the public road. 12.The beach featured in the photos is a private one, conveniently located just a 1-minute drive from the house. Please note that there are no chairs or tables provided on the beach. You have the option to bring your own or, for added convenience, take advantage of this service at an extra cost from nearby hotels and restaurants. The upkeep of the beach is managed by our dedicated residential cleaning team. Kindly be aware that we cannot guarantee the absence of debris or dirt on the beach at the time of your visit, as this is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your time by the sea 13. Our propane gas grill is at your disposal for delightful outdoor cooking. Please be aware that, on certain occasions when propane availability is limited, we are happy to provide charcoal and matches for your use. This way, you can still enjoy grilling your favorite meats or seafood with friends and loved ones. 14. In order to consistently provide our guests with potable water, we have a dedicated potable water cistern and pump. This ensures its efficient use, especially in unforeseen circumstances where the external service provider may face delays in delivering the water supply. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure a seamless experience during your stay.
